Looking for...
I am making one last appeal for help locating the owner of a large grey male cat with a tiny, kitten meow! He has been hanging out in my yard for months and now has an intake appointment at the Humane Society this Friday. I know he belongs to someone! Anyone have an indoor- outdoor cat who may be mooching meals off me? He is now very well padded.
I am seeking the owner of a cat that they may or may not be looking for. The cat is medium hight medium build grey tabby, white belly with white paws up mid leg. I do have a phote but will not post for personal reasons. I do not know age, gender or eye color. Cat was found with no tags. Please if somebody knows who the owner is please contact me this is a serious post I want to find the owner of this kitty.
He's a medium sized black cat. He has a tiny patch of white on his throat and a 3/4 length tail. He is pretty shy and skittish. A few times a year he takes an extended vacation, but he has been away 3 nights tonight (Wednesday)
Vivian Maier
Hidden beyond her day job as a nanny, Vivian Maier, was an accomplished street photographer. Thankfully she was discovered posthumously.

Documenting her community - photographs by Julia Fullerton-Batten
I love these dreamy, gloomy images by Julia Fullerton-Batten. She typically photographs with a large production crew. These images were created with her young son lugging her equipment and collaborating with the subjects.

One of my images was picked up by VT PBS. It was used in their weekly newsletter - The Lift.

Finding the ordinary
Nights are a wonderful time to stroll the neighborhoods to see what there is to be seen. I enjoy waving to the people the most. Looking forward to the time when it won’t be too intimidating to ask for their picture.

Learning a new trade
After over 25 years as a small business owner, I abandoned the retail ship. I felt I was admired as a small shop keeper - had a great following of customers and an amazing staff - it was a job and lifestyle that I lived to the fullest. I had done my time for the public and now it is time for me. In making time for me, I decided to go work for someone else - in a completely different field. A “friend” field but completely different. I am no longer dressing bodies but styling spaces.
“Greenhouse Addition” was my first official styling job. I was fortunate enough to be working with Susan Teare - an incredible self-taught photographer. She is patient and kind and never too busy to teach the tricks of the trade. One of the takeaways from that day was it never is as easy as it looks, be ready to hustle and think beyond what you think you might need.
